Every week-end in summer is by it’s very existence a time to celebrate, with Canada Day, the 4th of July etc thrown in just to make sure you have things to use as an excuse should you need one. Grills and coolers everywhere are going to be worked hard all summer long. So in the spirit of wanting to help anyone in need of a change in the menu from say burgers or that great steak you always serve, I offer you a tasty menu composed of my own recipes that have proven to be winners for years. yeah, I know it’s self indulgent to offer my personal recipes, but they are really good and you need to try them, after all you can’t all come to my house for a bbq.
Below are the recipes that make up the menu. Click on the names to link to each recipe.
If you do try any of them please comment and let me know what you think, I’m always open to reviews. 🙂
I’m guessing most people will have a selection of munchies so I won’t include a starter.
The main event is a dangerously addictive pork based narcotic from the foothills of the Canadian Rockies. The first side is my take on the classic garlic mash. Next comes a great fart starter followed by my famous killer Caesar salad. If anyone has room left I’ve included my version of the much loved New Orleans bread pudding. Add garlic bread and beer to complete.
